About The Position

Vault Roofing is seeking a motivated, results-oriented District Manager to lead outside sales representatives in achieving sales goals and growing the business. The role focuses on team leadership, sales strategy, customer relationships, sales process improvement, and market intelligence. Roofing industry experience is required. The position includes frequent travel to customer locations and operates primarily in a climate-controlled office environment.

Requirements

At least 3 years of outside sales experience in the roofing industry.
A proven record of managing a team of sales professionals and achieving sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of roofing products, services, and industry-specific sales techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate outside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve team productivity and performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitors, and identify opportunities to expand the customer base.
Set sales objectives, monitor progress, and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and other industry stakeholders.
Work with the sales team to identify customer needs, address concerns, and provide customer service.
Evaluate and improve sales processes, and implement tools and resources to support the team.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
