About The Position

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of a sales district, develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth across our commercial and residential markets. As a District Sales Manager, you'll lead from the front—coaching sales representatives in the field, supporting key customer relationships, and helping shape the strategy that drives business growth. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact while building and developing a successful sales team. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions-based selling, business-to-business, commercial, and/or other related sales experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a Sales Manager, supervisory or management position is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, driving them to meet and exceed goals.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader in a dynamic B2B environment, modeling successful sales strategies and empowering the team to effectively promote premium offerings in a competitive market.
  • Accompany sales representatives on client visits to provide hands-on support throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated client issues effectively.
  • Oversee and coordinate all sales activities related to products, services, and other offerings.
  • Provide mentorship to experienced sales professionals while delivering training and development support to newer team members.
  • Design and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
  • Monitor key sales performance indicators and refine strategies to maximize results.
  • Analyze operational data and sales reports to forecast future sales trends and assess profitability.
  • Stay informed on customer preferences and market trends to refine sales techniques.
  • Develop and implement pricing structures and discount programs aligned with company goals.
  • Review and approve expenditures in accordance with budget guidelines.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
