About The Position

The District Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals within their assigned territory through various sales activities, building brand awareness, and developing strong customer relationships. This role involves implementing customer programs, maintaining and building sales relationships, and promoting company marketing initiatives. Additionally, the District Sales Manager will complete necessary paperwork and train/coach direct sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Prior B2B sales experience
  • Ability to train and coach direct sales representatives during the selling process
  • Experience in territory and district management
  • Strong selling, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling
