In the role of District Sales Manager you will lead a team of Sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive consistent revenue growth. You will coach, motivate, and develop your team to exceed sales targets while embodying Thrasher's purpose and values. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Service Technicians, providing hands-on coaching, training, and support.
  • Monitor performance metrics and hold your team accountable to sales goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Drive team engagement through clear communication, recognition, and consistent feedback.
  • Foster a competitive, positive culture where your team is inspired to grow, win, and deliver value.
  • Participate in sales appointments as needed to model best practices and close skill gaps.
