As a District Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Mac Tools team working as a virtual employee. You’ll be responsible for achieving the annual operating plan by working with distributors to increase route averages and recruiting new distributors into the territory. This role involves conducting Field Excellence Meetings (FEMs) every 60 days, which requires lifting more than 10 pounds of product to showcase to customers. You will also conduct effective work-withs (truck ride-alongs) 3-4 days per week to provide coaching and support to distributors. The role includes attracting and retaining distributors, conducting new franchisee training (a 2-week ride-along for new Distributors), setting up new start trucks (pushing and pulling involved), and performing revisits as needed for development and coaching. You will also manage regional credits and adjustments, perform route surveys for new starts and at the request of the Regional Manager, and may require a CDL license to drive the Tool Box Truck.
