As a District Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Mac Tools team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to achieve annual operating plan by working with distributors to increase route averages and recruiting new distributors into the territory. This role involves conducting Field Excellence Meetings (FEMs) every 60 days, which includes lifting product to showcase to customers, and conducting effective work-withs (truck ride-alongs) 3-4 days per week to provide coaching and support to distributors. The role also includes attracting and retaining distributors, conducting new franchisee training, setting up new start trucks, and performing route surveys. You will also manage regional credits and adjustments and participate in Student Tech shows.
