Job Function: District Sales Manager, Southern California, Newborn Care Job Family: Direct Sales (IC) Job Overview: Promotes the sale of products to new and established customers to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration​. Develops and services assigned customers and maintains preferred status for customers. Contacts and makes pre-planned sales presentations to assigned customers​. Assists in developing presentation package and provide customer feedback on new products and features​. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts. Contribute to the team's success by embracing our guiding principles and behaviors and actively participating in a culture that puts our Patient first. You will demonstrate exceptional teamwork, agility, accountability, and respect, cultivating an environment where collaboration and continuous improvement thrive. Overview of Experience: Career-level position. Considered highly skilled at sales techniques and demonstrates strong understanding of company products / services. Comprehensive knowledge within area of specialization. May utilize knowledge of industry/clients to recommend updates or changes to product/service offerings.​ Complexity of Role: Completes complex sales. Utilizes knowledge of product/service and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions for clients. Typically has established base of accounts and stable revenue responsibility.​ Degree of Autonomy: Sales completed with little to no supervision. Maintains an established network of contacts. Demonstrates strong ability to identify and cultivate sales from new and/or existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Qualification a strong plus
  • Experience in capital goods sales process a plus
