The District Sales Manager is tasked with leading the District Sales Team to achieve sales and net income goals by executing business plans, managing projects, developing accounts, optimizing sales through merchandising, and maintaining effective communication. This role is responsible for cultivating a sales-driven work environment that addresses business needs and promotes sales development. The position involves directing and overseeing the ongoing training and effectiveness of Large and Small Format Lottery Sales Representatives, and Relief Representatives. The District Sales Manager must also collaborate effectively with the Hoosier Lottery, IGT Indiana departments, and vendors to ensure a productive and well-informed sales operation. The territory for this role encompasses 780 retailers, 8 LSRs, 1 Relief Rep, and approximately 22 counties, including Cass, Clinton, Delaware, Grant, Howard, Madison, Miami, Wabash, and Wayne.
