Job Purpose The Dealer Sales Manager is tasked with achieving assigned sales targets within their designated territory by developing and maintaining a strong network of Honda Marine dealers. This role involves directly selling Honda outboard motors and rigging components to dealerships and managing account relationships at all levels, from dealer principals to sales personnel. The Dealer Sales Manager will also support dealer sales initiatives, represent Honda Marine at key dealership events, and oversee dealer co-op advertising programs. Additionally, this position requires regular reporting on market and industry trends to drive wholesale and retail sales goals for Honda Marine products.
