The District Sales Manager is responsible for supporting Account Executives in the assigned district to maximize sales growth and profitably. This role involves coaching, mentoring, training, and directing Account Executives, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and establishing performance goals. The manager will leverage technology and data analysis to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic relationships with key customers, and perform periodic account reviews. They will also address and resolve escalated customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
