About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is seeking a Night Shift Operations Manager to oversee doorstep trash collection operations in their market. This role involves managing all aspects of the operation, from launching new communities and recruiting/developing a team to meeting with clients and working in the field. The position requires a blend of office leadership and hands-on work, with the expectation of setting the pace and leading by example.

Requirements

  • Clean driving record with 5+ years of driving experience (required for company vehicle eligibility)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Competency with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and stay on your feet for miles at a time, without assistance
  • A strong work ethic across both hands-on and administrative work, every day

Responsibilities

  • Run nightly operations across multiple apartment communities with flawless execution
  • Recruit and train porters to meet CCS standards
  • Perform employee audits and on-site quality inspections
  • Develop lasting, trusted relationships with property managers and clients
  • Own scheduling and route coverage to ensure no missed pickups
  • Coordinate employee logistics, including safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payroll forms
  • Address operational issues in real time, such as equipment breakdowns and staffing gaps
  • Maintain nightly reports, payroll, employee records, and compliance documentation
  • Support new community launches, including resident orientations and equipment distribution
