About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is seeking a Night Shift Operations Manager to oversee doorstep trash collection operations in their market. This role involves managing all aspects of the operation, from launching new communities and recruiting/developing a team to meeting with clients and working in the field. The position requires a blend of office leadership and hands-on work, with the expectation of setting the pace and leading by example.

Requirements

Clean driving record with 5+ years of driving experience (required for company vehicle eligibility)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Competency with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and stay on your feet for miles at a time, without assistance
A strong work ethic across both hands-on and administrative work, every day

Responsibilities

Run nightly operations across multiple apartment communities with flawless execution
Recruit and train porters to meet CCS standards
Perform employee audits and on-site quality inspections
Develop lasting, trusted relationships with property managers and clients
Own scheduling and route coverage to ensure no missed pickups
Coordinate employee logistics, including safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payroll forms
Address operational issues in real time, such as equipment breakdowns and staffing gaps
Maintain nightly reports, payroll, employee records, and compliance documentation
Support new community launches, including resident orientations and equipment distribution
