Premier Services Group is a family owned and operated large-scale flooring and millwork installation company. We serve a large retail business partner and operate in 8 states while offering installation services of all types. We are always striving to grow and build our team for the future. This role is for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced construction/project management role. The individual selected will be the primary point of contact for our company in the assigned district, interacting with PSG leadership, support staff, installation crews, customers, and business partners. The position requires meeting company goals and objectives through a high level of oversight and involvement, with strong communication being a must for all jobs or issues arising within the district. Exceptional customer satisfaction is our primary company objective. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring company policies, procedures, objectives, and strategic initiatives are followed. The candidate will perform daily evaluations of current or proposed systems and processes, implementing changes as necessary.
