About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is seeking a District Operations Manager for the Charlotte market. This role involves full ownership of doorstep collection operations, including launching new communities, recruiting and developing a team, building client relationships, and hands-on field work. The position requires a blend of office leadership and operational execution, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, payroll, client communication, and leading the team on the ground during nightly operations.   • A strong work ethic that carries across both hands-on field work and administrative duties every day

Responsibilities

  • Run nightly service operations across multiple apartment communities with flawless, on-time execution
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach porters to meet CCS service standards
  • Perform on-site quality audits and evaluate employee performance
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with property managers and clients
  • Own scheduling and route coverage - zero missed pickups
  • Handle employee logistics including safety equipment, reporting apps, and ADP payroll
  • Act fast when issues arise on-site, from equipment breakdowns to last-minute staffing gaps
  • Keep nightly reports, payroll records, employee files, and compliance documentation current
  • Drive new community launches, including resident orientations and equipment handouts
