This position leads a team of Account Managers, Assistant Account Managers, Merchandisers and Delivery Assistants to achieve sales goals, execute brand standards and strengthen customer relationships across a defined territory. Beyond sales results, the District Manager is a coach and culture builder—developing talent, fostering teamwork and creating an environment where people are engaged, supported and empowered to succeed. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on field presence to ensure operational excellence and consistent marketplace execution. This role will primarily deal with on-premise and liquor store accounts.
