About The Position

The District Manager for Habit Restaurants will oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of 6-8 Bay Area locations, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You will coordinate communication and teamwork across restaurants, develop talent, and grow sales by consistently delivering a high-quality guest experience that aligns with company goals.

Requirements

5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards.
Proficiency with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to travel frequently within the Bay Area region.
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
