About The Position
District Manager of QSR Operations Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. This is a very hands-on role, so I am looking for a leader experienced in leading 3-5 locations simultaneously with GM reports. I am not looking for someone whose background has been significantly larger than this. You must have QSR leadership in your recent background.
Requirements
- QSR leadership in recent background.
- Experience leading 3-5 locations simultaneously with GM reports.
- Strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude.
- Solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
- Significant drive-through experience.
- Astute business acumen.
- Ability to teach, coach & drive results.
- Hands-on leadership style.
- Ability to taste and handle all menu items.
Responsibilities
- Lead 3-5 QSR locations simultaneously.
- Manage General Managers (GM reports).
- Spend time in locations working alongside direct reports and teams.
- Coach and drive results.
- Hands-on leadership, not an administrative role.
