Requirements

3+ years of Multi-Unit/District Management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-casual industry.
A history of hitting financial targets and developing successful General Managers.
A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to get in the trenches during peak hours to coach the team.
Must be able to reliably oversee locations within the Jasper, GA territory.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and report clearly to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Multi-Unit Leadership: Oversee daily operations for several high-volume locations, ensuring consistency in food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
Talent Development: Recruit, hire, and mentor General Managers. You are responsible for building a deep bench of leadership and fostering a culture of accountability.
Financial Performance: Take full ownership of the district P&L. Identify trends, manage labor and food costs, and implement strategies to drive top-line sales growth.
Operational Audits: Conduct regular site visits and health/safety audits to ensure all locations meet or exceed brand standards.
Strategic Growth: Work with ownership to identify market opportunities and streamline operations as the territory expands.
