Requirements

• Preferred experience in a large or multi-unit environment.
• Knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and Team Members.
• Focus on team building among managers and developing customized career paths.
• Strong knowledge of business acumen—understanding of various business scenarios.
• Ability to adapt effectively during change.
• Ability to provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-15 locations in an assigned area.
• Execute Casey’s strategic initiatives.
• Drive sales.
• Ensure Casey’s is Here for Good!
• Deliver financial performance in the district through effective P&L management.
• Deliver the best guest experience.
• Drive a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork.
• Provide a continued presence in stores through travel.
