Requirements

  • Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 75 pounds
  • Ability to frequently sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines
  • Ability to quickly establish and cultivate relationships, both internally and externally
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to handle situations as they occur, while adhering to company policies
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills
  • Previous Management Experience
  • Valid driver’s license, with acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge relevant to the job and industry
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
  • Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent leadership experience
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a skilled negotiator
  • Class A or Class B CDL
  • DOT Medical Certificate
  • (N) Tank Vehicle Endorsement
  • (H) Hazardous Materials Endorsement

  • Responsible for coordinating the workforce to ensure timely deliveries

  • Ensure sound inventory control procedures are followed and maintained at assigned facilities
  • Responsible for documenting and creating departmental processing and policy training manuals
  • Follow regular vehicle maintenance schedule on assigned equipment
  • Attend designated training sessions and meetings that apply to the position
  • Take action to correct any safety hazards and report details to the safety team and the Director of Fuel Operations
  • Train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance and development
  • Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions
  • Maintain ability to perform efficiently and follow through on all details, in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
  • Follow company credit policy
  • Research and recommend new technologies, products, and/or services that are beneficial to customers and to the company
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
