This role involves empowering sales teams, nurturing safety and reliability, and advancing market presence by cultivating alignment across branches, optimizing resources, and facilitating a seamless experience for associates and customers. The District Manager will empower, mentor, and support the sales team to advance toward excellent safety standards and performance milestones. They will provide diligent P&L stewardship for the assigned branches and territory, ensuring long-term fiscal health. The role also involves cultivating exceptional customer service and product knowledge, advocating for safety measures, optimizing profit margins, and enhancing the selling skills and product expertise of the staff through continuous learning. The District Manager will foster professional growth, partner with Branch Managers in hiring and training, support outside sales representatives with data and forecasts, coordinate operational aspects like paperwork and inventory, and facilitate personnel matters and facility upkeep.
