About The Position

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple branches and their teams, setting standards for performance, safety, and service. This role involves ensuring each location operates efficiently, grows responsibly, and provides excellent customer and team member care. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the company culture, strengthening teams, and achieving significant results. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-site or multi-unit operations, with a track record of developing strong teams
  • Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and making sound decisions
  • A hands-on, people-first leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills
  • A willingness to travel regularly, stay connected to the field, and lead by example

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support branch managers to deliver strong performance, grow revenue, and meet P&L goals
  • Build capable teams through training, development, and hands-on leadership across operations, sales, and service
  • Champion safety, consistency, and customer-first service across all locations
  • Use data, field insights, and cross-functional partnerships to guide decisions and keep branches aligned and moving forward
