About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of multi-unit leadership experience in food & beverage — this is a requirement
- A hands-on leadership style — you lead by example, not from behind a desk
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Sharp analytical skills to read the numbers, spot trends, and make smart operational decisions
- A proven track record of improving performance across multiple locations
- A genuine connection to our virtues — you believe in positivity, inclusion, building relationships, and growing people
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 8–10 Store Managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences and hit growth targets across your district.
- Ensure every store upholds the Joe & the Juice brand — the energy, the standards, and the guest-first culture that keeps people coming back.
- Translate company strategy into day-to-day execution through consistent coaching, honest feedback, and hands-on leadership.
- Own the P&L for your district — overseeing planning, performance analysis, and cost management to hit sales and EBITDA targets.
- Build the next generation of JOE leaders by developing internal talent and attracting high-potential candidates from outside the company.
- Execute new company programs and initiatives in the field with energy and accountability.
- Partner with fellow District Managers to drive consistency, share learnings, and raise the bar across markets.
- Maintain safe, healthy, and compliant store environments across all locations.
