As a District Manager, you'll lead a team of Sales Leads while supporting the continued growth of Quality Brands throughout South Dakota. This role is for a leader who enjoys being in the field, not behind a desk. Requirements

  • Previous sales leadership or district management experience.
  • Beverage, consumer packaged goods, wholesale distribution, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Proven success coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using sales reports and business data to improve performance.
  • A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, develop, and lead a team of Sales Leads to exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor district sales performance and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Ensure supplier programs, promotions, and company initiatives are executed successfully.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, suppliers, and key business partners.
  • Understand every route within your district and provide support when coverage is needed.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members.
  • Analyze sales reports, identify opportunities, and make data-driven business decisions.
  • Partner with operations and leadership to deliver exceptional customer service and business results.
  • Represent Quality Brands professionally throughout the market.
