About The Position

Caliber Car Wash is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to lead the operational performance, people development, and business results of up to eight express car wash locations across Central Florida. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the District Manager is responsible for coaching and developing Site Managers, driving operational excellence, growing Limitless Wash Club memberships, and ensuring every location consistently delivers the Caliber standard of service. As the senior field leader for the market, the District Manager serves as the primary coach, business partner, and strategic advisor to Site Managers. This leader fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance while championing Caliber's mission, values, and commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and team members. The ideal candidate is an engaging and influential leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 18 months of multi-unit management with a proven record of success required, preferably in the carwash or similar quick-serve style industries.
  • Minimum of 2 years of single-site management with a record of success in increasing site’s volume and revenue or promotions to higher-volume sites.
  • Minimum of six months as a Caliber Store Manager (12 months preferred)
  • Must be in good standing with a proven performance record and multi-site experience
  • Demonstrated career progression within an organization
  • Car wash industry knowledge with a track record of achieving KPIs
  • Strong understanding of P&L and overall site financial performance
  • Proven experience in staffing, development, and retention
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, ADP, Sonny’s, Asana, and adaptable to new systems
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop managers to drive higher performance
  • Ability to align with Caliber’s culture by balancing accountability with approachability
  • Ability to manage district-level operations, including basic administrative and fiscal responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational, interpersonal, and customer service issues
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to set goals, develop action plans, and execute across individual sites and the district
  • Ability to evaluate performance, provide feedback, and hold teams accountable to expectations
  • Demonstrated self-awareness and willingness to learn and improve

Responsibilities

  • Mentors within his/her operational area to ensure a high level of engagement and success
  • Maintains availability for development of all operations team members.
  • Support, reinforce, and align decisions with Caliber’s Mantra and Core Values.
  • Trains and develops SMs; manages career expectations for the management-level team members
  • Clearly conveys standards and ensures constant pipeline of managers is readily available.
  • Assists SMs to ensure car washes deliver the Caliber Standard with exceptional Customer Experience and Quality.
  • Utilize support managers to identify and mitigate any needs in current business quality.
  • Manage expectations of Support Managers in the planning, development, and execution of operational improvement projects.
  • Works with the SMs to develop, implement, and manage a business plan for each wash
  • Analyzes external and internal environments to detect where improvements may be made and how those improvements should be implemented.
  • Understands and delivers the purpose and requirements of all Company programs.
  • Leads his/her respective Operational Area in the execution of these programs.
  • Directly accountable to develop strategies & directs support for marketing, training and other support functions.
  • Maintains full responsibility for financial performance directly impacting car wash operations. Oversees the financial performance of his/her team of SMs
  • Works with the finance team to analyze individual car washes and the district; makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Accountable to all aspects of the car wash EBITDA – planning, management, and performance.
  • Analyzes business trends and financial data to assess and improve district performance, both operationally and financially.
