District Manager
About The Position
St Joe Petroleum is seeking a strong leader to join their experienced team as a District Manager in Mound City, MO. In this role, you will coach and support the delivery team, assist and advise existing customers, and lead office administration. The primary focus will be on selling and coordinating the delivery of propane to residences and diesel to farmers and other commercial operations. You will work to grow the business and realize efficiencies across the organization. St Joe Petroleum is a third-generation family business looking to expand its propane, fuel, and lubricant offerings in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.
Requirements
- Share the St Joe Petroleum Values (Can Do Attitude, Integrity, Teamwork, Growth Oriented, Excellence)
- Experience in sales or management
- Ability to learn how to solve technical and mechanical challenges related to trucks, pumps, and pressure systems
- Proficiency in using billing and customer management software
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to obtain a Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement
