About The Position

The Retail Execution District Manager leads a team of retail associates within an assigned territory, ensuring excellence in merchandising, sales support, and in-store program execution. This role is responsible for driving retail performance through effective leadership, coaching, staffing, scheduling, and operational management. The District Manager partners with store leadership and client stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of retail standards, achievement of business objectives, and delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, field management, or related experience
  • Previous experience leading or supervising retail teams
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory
  • High school education
  • 2-4 years experience in relevant field
  • 30% travel expected
  • Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

  • Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment, which may include working in variable temperatures such as refrigerated areas, freezer sections and deli/bakery areas. The position typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each workday performing the following activities: Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use consumer goods products, prepare, and serve food and beverages safely as appropriate for the product demonstration.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful execution of merchandising, audits, resets, promotions, and retail programs.
  • Maintain compliance with client standards, planograms, pricing, signage, and product placement expectations.

  • Utilize reporting tools and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and business results.
  • Oversees in-store program execution, merchandising, and audit activities to meet client standards
  • Ensures product placement, shelf standards, and merchandising compliance
  • Directly manages, coaches, and develops retail associates through field engagement and structured feedback
  • Supports hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of frontline teams
  • Monitors execution through reporting and store visits; addresses performance gaps through coaching and training
