About The Position
Revamped Security is a next-gen ADT Authorized Dealer that is expanding rapidly and looking for a District Manager to lead their Cypress outside sales team. This role is for a competitive individual who loves leading a team and wants to be compensated for their hustle. The ideal candidate has experience leading people, crushing sales quotas, and possesses an athlete-like drive to compete and dominate. This position offers a launchpad for career advancement, team leadership, and significant earning potential.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Some leadership or outside sales experience.
- Confidence, people skills, and coachability.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- The drive to compete, grow, and win.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate an outside sales team to perform.
- Produce personal sales and close deals with new homeowners.
- Run meetings, celebrate wins, and foster a "we win together" team culture.
- Ride along with new representatives, teach them sales techniques, and help them succeed.
- Develop performance goals and track team performance metrics.
