About The Position

This role involves supporting Store Managers in daily operations, managing employees, and overseeing the store. Key aspects include supervision and training of employees, as well as managing sales and expenses to optimize results. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in retail sales required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers
  • Strong merchandising skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the stores in-regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, customer relations.
  • Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits, to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
  • Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for following banking requirements.
