About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced and results-oriented District Manager – Full Service Restaurants (FSR) to lead and support multiple restaurant locations across an assigned territory. This role oversees operational execution, financial performance, guest experience, talent development, and brand standards across full-service restaurant concepts. The District Manager will partner closely with General Managers and restaurant leadership teams to drive sales, improve profitability, strengthen culture, and deliver exceptional hospitality. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with multi-unit restaurant experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about developing teams and growing restaurant performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-unit Full Service Restaurant leadership experience.
  • Experience leading General Managers across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, food cost controls, and P&L ownership.
  • Proven success driving sales growth and operational performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple Full Service Restaurant locations.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, guest service expectations, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits, operational assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Partner with General Managers to build action plans and improve results.
  • Drive district performance against sales, labor, food cost, controllable expenses, and profitability goals.
  • Analyze restaurant financial reports and operational KPIs to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor trends and implement operational improvements to maximize performance.
  • Ensure labor scheduling and staffing align with business needs.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing restaurant leadership teams.
  • Support succession planning and internal promotions.
  • Conduct performance conversations and accountability discussions when needed.
  • Build a strong culture centered on hospitality, ownership, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure restaurants consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, execution, and service.
  • Support teams in resolving guest concerns and operational challenges.
  • Drive compliance with company standards and food safety requirements.
  • Partner with Operations, Recruiting, HR, Training, and Finance to support business initiatives.
  • Support new restaurant openings, transitions, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment across locations.
