The role involves combining technical expertise with travel, overseeing maintenance for 4 or more locations and a team of 3 or more maintenance technicians. Requirements

• Car Wash equipment knowledge
• Willing to travel to all our locations nationwide
• Proficiency in Plumbing
• Some welding experience
• Some hydraulics experience
• Some electrical experience
• Small motor repair
• Computer and software proficiency
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines

Responsibilities

• Train management team on preventative maintenance and repair issues
• Facility management
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies
• Oversee maintenance for 4 or more locations
• Oversee a team of 3 or more maintenance technicians
• P&Ls
• Repair and Maintenance Budget
