The District HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in partnering with leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance. This role involves understanding business conditions, identifying development solutions for associates, promoting high performance through coaching and feedback, and providing guidance on leading people and organizational management practices. The HR Business Partner will also encourage the adoption of new company initiatives, partner with site leadership to foster a customer service culture, and provide input to HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to ensure business needs are met. They will leverage human capital expertise to hold sites accountable for engagement action plans, use organizational diagnostics to identify and address talent and engagement challenges, and promote the effective use of company programs. Additionally, this role participates in the interview and selection process for people leaders, leads talent assessment and development discussions, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans. The HR Business Partner will also coach leaders on change management strategies and develop plans to ensure successful change initiatives, align communication plans with company strategy, and partner with Field Leadership on community outreach and engagement. Support for new site openings, closings, or relocations, as well as human capital consultation for restructuring, is also a key responsibility.
