As a District Director, you will play a key role in translating regional priorities into operational excellence across multiple clinics. By leading Center Directors, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, you will directly contribute to delivering exceptional patient experiences and business results. Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a multi-site environment or 5 years of experience managing a single clinic or business unit.
  • You demonstrate courageous leadership by addressing complex situations and conflicts with fairness, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You lead with a patient- and client-centred approach, anticipating evolving needs and adapting priorities to ensure service excellence.
  • You apply strategic thinking and business acumen to optimize operations, drive performance, and support organizational growth.
  • You inspire, coach, and develop leaders while fostering engagement, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
  • You delegate effectively by leveraging individual strengths and supporting talent development.
  • You build trust, provide clear direction, and align priorities to promote collaboration, transparency, and effective decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (asset).

Responsibilities

  • Translate regional priorities into clinic action plans.
  • Monitor and drive performance against operational, financial, and patient experience KPIs.
  • Address performance gaps and support corrective actions while adapting priorities and resources to evolving business, patient, and operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor operational controls and support risk mitigation efforts.
  • Inspire and support Center Directors through coaching, mentorship, and example.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and continuous learning.
  • Contribute actively to the growth and development of leaders and teams by providing clear direction, supporting effective delegation, and addressing challenges and conflicts constructively.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess clinic performance and reinforce operational standards.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to clinics as needed.
  • Optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization across clinics.
  • Lead the implementation of operational initiatives and organizational changes while continuously improving processes and ways of working.
