About The Position

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced public-service professional who is driven by purpose and impact. In Nunavut, housing is more than infrastructure, it is fundamental to health, dignity, and community wellbeing. As District Director, Baffin, you will play a critical role in enabling Nunavut Housing Corporation’s partners to deliver safe, sustainable housing across 13 Qikiqtaaluq communities. Success in this role requires a leader who demonstrates relational accountability by building trust, honouring commitments, and stewarding public resources responsibly, while also exercising adaptive systems leadership, navigating complex, interconnected housing, financial, and community systems and adjusting plans to Northern realities.
