Ensure implementation and execution of best practices to properly staff/schedule the best talent to support front-end operational initiatives. Serve as a liaison for associates, managers, district team and division Retail Operations in the administration and compliance of all Front-End operational competencies. Responsible for training, development, and coaching of all front-end leadership roles. Work collaboratively with store management to identify store opportunities, analyze reports to improve customer shopping experience and develop action plans to address opportunities.
