About The Position

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a District Account Manager in Orlando, Florida. This role is responsible for building and growing customer partnerships within an assigned geographic district, driving sustainable revenue growth by managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality customer experience. The District Account Manager will partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives while consistently meeting customer needs and company goals. This includes managing client relationships through regular updates, supporting contract negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring service expectations are met. The role also involves leading and supporting account staffing by overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and retention of employees. Additionally, the District Account Manager will oversee operational and financial activities such as budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and authorizing account-related expenditures and resources, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Associate’s Degree
  • 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
  • Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
  • Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Helps sustain client and employee retention.
  • Manage branch operations to achieve profitability.
  • Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities
