This role is responsible for building and growing customer partnerships within an assigned geographic district, driving sustainable revenue growth by managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality customer experience. The District Account Manager will partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives while consistently meeting customer needs and company goals. This includes managing client relationships through regular updates, supporting contract negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring service expectations are met. The role also involves leading and supporting account staffing by overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and retention of employees. Additionally, the District Account Manager will oversee operational and financial activities such as budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and authorizing account-related expenditures and resources, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
