This role involves selling human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 – 999 employees. The Sales Representative will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast their sales pipeline. ADP provides continuous sales training and the latest technology to support success. The role requires selling in the field, documenting and managing multiple sales cycles through implementation, and rewarding success with industry-leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards.
