About The Position

Lynco Products Distribution Center in Milan, Illinois, is seeking part-time associates to join their growing team. As a full-service distributor, manufacturer, and importer of consumer goods, Lynco Products offers a flexible work environment ideal for students or those seeking supplemental income. This role involves processing outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers. The position offers 15-30 hours per week with flexible shifts across all three shifts, typically 4-7.5 hours long, with start times between 2 AM and 6 AM. All major holidays and Sundays off are provided, but availability to work Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM is required. Lynco Products accommodates class and sports schedules for high school and college students.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a high school diploma/GED or be an active high school student
• Must be 16+ years old
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to crouch, carry, push, and lift product
• Basic knowledge of imputing and retrieving data from a computerized system

Responsibilities

• Process and audit orders
• Process and audit company returns
• Label product to fit customer needs
• Pick products based on a designated sales order
• Pack products to be shipped
• Ship orders to designated customer locations
• Assist with projects when needed
