Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and organization
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation and medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
