About The Position

Quad is seeking a Distribution Technician (Forklift Operator) to join its Midwest Commingle Center in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role handles freight, inventory, and warehouse material supply using forklifts, computers, and RF barcode scanning systems. The wage range is $17.50–$19.00 or more, depending on experience. The position works third shift, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. It has five scheduled work days and two days off per week, on a split schedule rather than a Monday-through-Friday schedule; schedule options will be discussed during the in-person interview. Requirements

Good verbal and reading comprehension.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Average-to-above-average computer skills and/or prior forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to work third shift, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Ability to work a split schedule with five scheduled work days and two days off per week; the schedule is not Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Load and unload finished products and materials from semi-trailers and auto-wrappers using a forklift.
Maintain accurate inventories using a PC and RF barcode scanning system.
Supply machines with the materials they need.
