This is a fully onsite position requiring a five-day-a-week presence at the Distribution Center (DC). Reporting to the Operations Manager - DC Operations, the Distribution Team Lead - Receiving/Inventory is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound operations within the DC, including e-commerce, inventory, and retail operations. The Distribution Lead acts as a liaison between leadership and the Distribution team. Daily tasks contribute to supplying retail stores and e-commerce customers with necessary products, ultimately fulfilling orders for our community members and supporting the overall success of the business. The Distribution Team Lead will provide training, direction, and guidance to functional teams and Distribution Associates, ensuring operational effectiveness. All Saje Team Members are expected to contribute to Saje's culture and maintain a positive environment for themselves and their colleagues.
