Receiving Team Lead
About The Position
We’re looking for passionate people ready to collaborate, develop and be leaders! As a Team Leader at Wegmans in the receiving area, you’ll work closely and develop relationships with store employees as well as outside vendors to ensure high quality products are accurately delivered to the store so the department teams can get products out on the shelves for customers to enjoy. Through this experience, you'll gain valuable management exposure and a deep understanding of our values, business measures and standards and operations. If you are looking for an opportunity to work behind the scenes and impact the big picture in a position where no two days are alike, this could be the role for you!
Requirements
- 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
- Computer skills

- Manage employee performance by providing resources, training, feedback and development opportunities
