Requirements
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to provide unparalleled customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, ability to type and use a 10-key (required)
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years customer service, administrative, or mail room experience (preferred)
- A familiarity with insurance processing (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Use your exceptional attention to detail to accurately prepare outgoing mail
- Safely and efficiently utilize commercial printing/folding/metering equipment
- Diligently scan and upload documents and faxes
- Inquisitively and creatively find and fix recurring issues while making minor policy changes in a customized software program
- Work in a self-directed manner, identifying what needs to be taken care of and following through
