Distribution Specialist
About The Position
The Distribution Specialist is responsible for preparing payroll packages, envelopes and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way. This is an on-site position requiring commute to our branch in Trevose, PA. Shift: Part-time, Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Times could vary daily based on workload. Payentry offers human capital management services to employers throughout the US. Requirements
- Professional phone communication skills
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to meet pick-up and shipment windows
- Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Handle and prepare payroll packages for clients
- Shipping/Receiving documents, packages and other client related shipments
- Customer support via email and phone as needed
- Data entry and support as need for other branch departments
- Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issues affecting clients/shipments
- Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of the branch
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
