Requirements
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to provide unparalleled customer service.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, ability to type and use a 10-key (required).
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years customer service, administrative, or mail room experience (preferred).
- A familiarity with insurance processing (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare outgoing mail.
- Safely and efficiently utilize commercial printing/folding/metering equipment.
- Scan and upload documents and faxes.
- Find and fix recurring issues while making minor policy changes in a customized software program.
- Work in a self-directed manner, identifying what needs to be taken care of and following through.
