About The Position
The Distribution Services Technician picks, packages, and ships ambient and frozen human allograft tissue according to Standard Operating Procedures, meets daily shipping deadlines, and prepares distribution supplies. The role uses RF technologies, SAP, and a transportation management system to pull and pack orders accurately and coordinates shipments through FedEx, UPS, and courier services. It also visually inspects materials to identify nonconforming items, records daily Key Performance Indicators, and collaborates across functions to improve process flow within the ordering system.
