The Distribution Sales Specialist (DSS) works as part of a centralized group with agency owners through both inbound and outbound interactions. The DSS makes contact through a variety of technologies including phone, chat, and video meeting. The DSS will answer operational support questions related to distribution functions including but not limited to compensation, incentives, marketing programs, initiatives, and staffing. Leverages available resources and technology to answer questions accurately. Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Applicants beyond fifty (50) miles may still be considered.
