Job Summary The EMEA Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for defining and driving SiTime’s distribution strategy across all EMEA channel partners, including broadline, high ‑ service/online, and local distributors. This role operates primarily at the corporate distributor level, setting strategy, priorities, and growth initiatives, and ensuring effective execution through distributor regional leadership, branch teams, and field organizations, in close alignment with SiTime’s EMEA sales teams. In addition to driving resale performance and customer expansion, this role is expected to develop attach and ecosystem ‑ based sales motions, coordinate SiTime’s participation in distributor and industry events, and explore creative approaches to demand creation that increase SiTime’s visibility, relevance, and share of mind among customers and partners. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate Distributor Strategy & Execution: Define and execute SiTime’s EMEA distribution strategy at the corporate level, translating vertical‑market priorities into measurable, scalable execution across distributor regions, branches, and field teams while ensuring ease of business and clear success metrics.
  • Ecosystem Attach & Demand Creation: Develop and drive attach‑sell and ecosystem pairing strategies (e.g. FPGA, SoC, networking) that position SiTime as a natural complement within distributor linecards, enabling joint solutions, reference designs, and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Distributor & Industry Events: Own SiTime’s objectives, messaging, and execution for distributor and industry events, ensuring participation is aligned to priority verticals and converted into qualified opportunities with clear follow‑up and ROI assessment.
  • Creative Sales Motions & Market Expansion: Identify, pilot, and scale creative and differentiated sales motions—including digital, inside‑sales, and ecosystem‑driven approaches—to increase share of mind, expand reach, and accelerate demand creation in under‑penetrated markets.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment & Program Management: Ensure tight alignment and coordinated execution across SiTime regional sales, marketing, FAEs, and distributor teams through regular reviews, clear communication, and disciplined program management.
  • Revenue Growth & Operational Excellence: Drive sustainable revenue growth through distribution by owning financial accountability, enablement, inventory strategy, sell‑through optimization, training, and continuous refinement of joint growth plans with distributor partners.
  • Reporting & Market Intelligence: Provide structured internal reporting and actionable insights on channel performance, market dynamics, and competitive activity to inform near‑term execution and long‑term strategy.
