You support the local marketing and communication strategy by creating and coordinating engaging content and campaigns that build brand awareness and clearly communicate the unique benefits of Kaleido to people living with diabetes, healthcare professionals, and partners. Your work helps ensure consistent, impactful brand storytelling across digital, print, and event-related channels strengthening ViCentra’s presence and accelerating growth in Germany.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management
  • Strong command of German and English , both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with marketing and creative tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the German market
  • Create, coordinate, and publish marketing content such as website and blog posts, videos, social media content, press releases, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Manage and contribute to digital marketing activities including website content, SEO/SEA, email marketing, social media, and agency collaboration
  • Gather market and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, messaging, and product development
  • Monitor competitor activities and translate insights into effective marketing positioning
  • Support sales enablement by developing tools, materials, and product messaging that help the sales team communicate value
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, trade shows, and events in Germany
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising performance data
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities across marketing, sales, product, and external partners
  • Help manage marketing and event budgets and timelines
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with the German sales team and the broader marketing team in Utrecht
