Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • A genuine interest in marketing and a desire to learn across different channels and disciplines
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Close attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Confidence in communicating with a range of people, both written and verbal
  • Comfort using digital tools and platforms; experience with social media, email tools, or content management systems is a plus
  • A proactive, positive mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Excitement about joining a growing organization embarking on its U.S. journey

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and local channels to support school and brand (customer and employer) growth
  • Support the launch of new schools, including local marketing plans, events, and community engagement
  • Launch employer branding campaigns to attract top talent across the U.S.
  • Create and coordinate content across platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards
  • Manage and update customer and career website content, local listings, and landing pages
  • Work cross-functionally with admissions and school teams to support enrollment goals
  • Coordinate and deliver events such as open events and community activations
  • Track performance of campaigns and initiatives, contributing to reporting and insights
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors where needed
  • Take ownership of projects and contribute to improving how marketing is delivered as the U.S. business grows
