About The Position

WithersRavenel is seeking an innovative and creative Marketing Associate to join our experienced marketing team and help advance our brand throughout the Southeast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to bring fresh ideas to life. We’re looking for a motivated teammate who can help showcase our people, projects, and culture through engaging visuals and meaningful experiences. From capturing photography and video to supporting conferences, pursuits, and brand initiatives, this role plays an important part in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced—both internally and externally. This is a hybrid role based out of our Cary, North Carolina office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience; experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is preferred but not required
  • Experience with professional graphic design and general photography and videography
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Smartsheet, and/or AI-driven tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support project schedules
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, stay organized, and deliver high-quality results

Nice To Haves

  • experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of marketing initiatives that bring the WithersRavenel brand to life.
  • Creating visual content through photography and videography
  • Assisting with proposals and marketing materials
  • Coordinating conferences and events
  • Maintaining digital marketing assets
  • Supporting brand consistency across platforms
  • Representing the firm at events
  • Collaborating closely with technical and marketing teams to help tell the story of our people and projects.
